Hi, I’m Liana!
My journey into Pilates began with a love and passion for movement and a desire to help people feel strong and confident in their bodies. Over time, I developed a teaching style that focuses on intentional movement, strong foundations, and progressive challenges.
I believe great Pilates is built on thoughtful programming, clear coaching, and creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable to move at their own pace whilst still challenging themselves at the same time.
My goal was to create a team that can curate classes that focus on functional strength, controlled movement, and layering exercises, so that clients can progress from beginner to advanced.
With our highly qualified team, you can expect a mix of fundamental movements, creative sequencing, and a strong focus on technique and form.
