Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients attending Sculpted Studio Pty Ltd. By booking and attending classes, purchasing memberships or packs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
General Terms and Conditions
Sculpted Studio Pty Ltd will make every possible effort to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, there may be times when a scheduled class is unable to be delivered or may be changed.
Classes are provided by Sculpted Studio Pty Ltd and delivered to its clients at the Sculpted Studio premises.
Late entry is not permitted to any class. Please ensure that you arrive 5–10 minutes before the scheduled class time. Studio doors will be locked once class has commenced and entry will not be permitted after this time.
Sculpted Studio Pty Ltd is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason, or in the event you are unable to attend a class because it is full.
Sculpted Studio Pty Ltd provides areas for participants to store their belongings, however Sculpted Studio Pty Ltd will not be responsible for the safekeeping of client belongings while at the studio.
All purchases are final. Sculpted Studio Pty Ltd does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.
All passes and memberships are non transferable and may not be shared.
Age Requirements
Clients must be a minimum of 16 years old to attend classes at Sculpted Studio.
Clients under the age of 18 must attend with a parent or guardian consent.
Pregnancy Policy
Clients may continue attending classes throughout pregnancy where they have received approval from their doctor or registered medical practitioner. Pregnancy clients are not permitted to attend classes held in the Hot Studio.
It is the client's responsibility to inform Sculpted Studio Pty Ltd of their pregnancy prior to attending classes. This can be done via email at admin@sculptedstudiosau.com or in person at the studio.
All prenatal information is kept strictly confidential.
Clients may return to classes 6 weeks postpartum, provided they have received clearance from their doctor or registered medical practitioner.
Post Injury
If the client is returning to exercise following an injury, Sculpted Studio Pty Ltd requires medical clearance from a registered practitioner prior to attending a class.
Clients participate in classes at their own risk and are responsible for advising instructors of any injuries or conditions.
Class Booking and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all classes at Sculpted Studio.
If you have booked to attend a class and wish to cancel your attendance, you must cancel through the online booking system up to 6 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.
Sculpted Studio Pty Ltd does not accept cancellations by phone, email or any other method outside of the online booking system.
Any cancellations made within the 6 hour window will be considered a Late Cancel.
If you do not cancel your booking and fail to attend, you will be considered a No Show. This includes classes you are added into from the waitlist.
Clients with memberships will be charged the following fees:
• Late Cancel: $10 AUD
• No Show: $15 AUD
Clients using a class pack will forfeit one class for each Late Cancel or No Show.
Cancellation fees may be applied up to 7 days after the missed booking.
By booking online, you agree to the late cancellation and no show policy.
Introductory Offers
Any introductory offer made by Sculpted Studio Pty Ltd is available to new clients only who have not previously attended the studio.
Introductory offers are valid for the specified time period from the date of your first visit.
No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of any introductory offer due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.
Class Packs
Class packs are valid for the time period specified at the time of purchase.
The term of the pack will commence on the date of your first visit.
No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of class packs due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.
All class packs are non transferable and non refundable.
Weekly Auto Pay Memberships
There is no lock in contract for weekly auto pay memberships.
There is no minimum term for weekly auto pay memberships unless otherwise specified.
Memberships commence on the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed by Sculpted Studio Pty Ltd.
Memberships will continue until cancellation is requested via email at hello@sculptedstudios.com.au.
Fourteen (14) days notice is required to cancel any membership.
Membership Suspensions
Memberships can be suspended for a minimum of 1 week (7 days) and a maximum of 6 weeks per calendar year.
Suspension requests must be submitted via email to hello@sculptedstudios.com.au.
Please allow up to 72 hours for processing suspension requests.
Payments
Membership fees will be charged to your nominated credit card or bank account on a weekly basis.
It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover automatic payments.
If any auto payment is declined due to insufficient funds, your bank or payment provider may charge a fee.
If an auto debit cannot be processed for any reason, Sculpted Studio Pty Ltd reserves the right to process payment at any time once sufficient funds are available.
Liability
Clients participate in all classes at their own risk.
Sculpted Studio Pty Ltd and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss or damage to personal property resulting from attending classes at the studio.
By attending classes, you acknowledge that you are physically fit and able to participate in exercise.
